Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Exchanges are applicable only on Gold and Diamond Jewellery.
Requests made after the completion of 7 days shall not be entertained.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
Exchange of old gold against new jewellery will not be accepted without a valid purchase bill.
The company reserves the right to test, evaluate, or reject old gold based on purity and quality assessment.
The final exchange value shall be determined based on prevailing market rates and internal quality checks.
